Whether it's

through necessity or by appointment, site visits are inevitable. When they do occur, we aim to get the most out of the time we spend with you.

We can arrange to visit you on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Even a once-in-a-blue-moon basis if that's what works best for you.

A site visit will maximise the amount we can do for you when there are multiple software & hardware issues that need addressing and can easily work around our flexible points based system.

On average

around 85% of our support calls can be resolved remotely. Using our bespoke remote control software we're able to connect to your PC, laptop or even your server without us having to get under your feet.

The advantage of this is that we can take care of any software issues as soon as they arise.

We pride ourselves on the fact that this means we can respond within minutes, not hours leaving you to sit back and relax while we get busy getting you back in business.
